Operating Hours
The business park is open during the hours of 7am –7pm.
Out of Hours Access
To gain access out-of-hours, tenants can be provided with Key Pad code
for the automatic gates, together with instructions on use.

Car Parking
Each tenant has allocated car parking to include visitor’s spaces.
These are clearly identified on site.
Service Charge
The service charge is used to maintain all communal areas and is calculated

Utilities

and water. If there is a problem, please contact your utility company
