Approvals and infrastructure are in place for the first phase of the Business Park expansion which extends to 110,000 sq ft of light industrial space to be located at the heart of the Business Park. Self contained buildings ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 sq ft can be procured on a pre-let basis.
