The project was delivered on time by contractor, Jacksons Civil Engineering and the road opened to Business Park traffic in early October.
The delivery of the road is a significant investment by Lands Improvement in Haddenham and a key milestone in the development of the Business Park.
A spokesman for Lands Improvement said
The new road has really raised the profile of the Business Park and we have already received a number of enquiries from business occupiers searching for property with good access to the M40 who are attracted by the ease of access to the Park.
With planning permission in place to expand the Business Park we are in a position to provide accommodation to suit a variety of occupational needs ranging from offices and hi tech to industrial units and distribution.
Funding is secured to commence with new developments on a design and build basis subject to pre-let and all enquiries should be directed to the joint letting agents Nick Berrill of Savills and Kirk Clifford of Brown Lee Clifford Billings.
As part of the project Lands Improvement assisted with the relocation of the glider training facilities of the Upward Bound Trust charity and also worked with Haddenham Parish Council to provide a site for 4 new football pitches for the Haddenham Youth Football Club. Both facilities are now in use and benefiting the local community.
